·         For those who submit by June 10, notice of acceptance will be sent on a rolling basis no later than June 30, 2018. You may submit by June 10, and modify your abstract later on until August 1, 2018, by submitting an updated version.

·         Early registration rate until July 10, 2018

·         Late abstract submission can be made until August 1, 2018

·         Standard registration rate until August 10, 2018
