Hi All,

I am trying to isolate separate "clusters" from my TBSS results so that I
can create a mask of these regions and extract average scalar values.
However, I find that when I use the command below, I run into the following
problems:

1. I get 6 separate clusters, but the clusters themselves are disjointed,
for example, cluster 4 may include part of the cingulum and part of the
callosal body as two separate blobs, but still both within "cluster 4"

2. The 6 identified clusters include one with only a single voxel

3. The output clusters are actually larger than what I see when looking at
tbss_tfce_corrp_tstat1.nii.gz using a .99 threshold

Could anyone lend any insight as to how I can set a cluster-wise p-value or
determine a minimal voxel size? Any other feedback is welcome!

*cluster --in=tbss_tfce_corrp_tstat1.nii.gz --thresh=.99*

Thank you!
