Hi David,

Although we have never used them for functional skills, EAL use secureassess for their exams and I believe offer online exams though this platform too, as they were trying to sell it to us when we started doing an Engineering course with them!

Following a meeting with Pearsons, we have to change so much of our current processes to “fit in” with Pearson software that I must consider who else we might use. Unfortunately our English/Maths departments do not like C&G pedagogically.

We definitely had quite a few teething problems at all 3 of our sites.   They did last a few months but now, touch wood, we’re not getting as many issues and any issues we have had recently have been invigilator error!

Good morning

Although we are still having issues with POP, we are not fully sure yet that our own IT is up to scratch. Can anyone reassure me that POP had initially “teething” problems, but now in the main, they are resolved for your college? Before I get our IT to spend a lot of time ensuring set up is correct, I need to know that once done, the programs are reliable!
