Where data sharing is required for a legal obligation, or as part of a contract,  are folk still using Data Processing Agreements - or is this superfluous given that, regardless, the processing has to take place?  As an HEI we are obliged to share information with external bodies as part of our accreditation process - in lots of instances a DPA seems overkill, I'm wondering if a "you agree to delete the data and not share it don't you" email will do, or if this just confuses matters...
