Dear colleagues,

The regular occurrence of this type of questions for PDF’s is something that deserves attention! I know that our archaeozoological colleagues have some sort of a platform to share PDF’s. There seems to be a way to avoid copyright issues if the platform requires a login. Does someone of our list know more on this subject? Could we create a similar sharing point?

I have had the opportunity to have c. 5000 paper offprints that were collected by Janneke Buurman and myself scanned and OCR-ed (made searchable) and collected another c. 1000 ones later on (13 GB in total).

If copyright claims from publishers can be avoided, I will be happy to share these with the community, assuming that others will add to this, making it worthwile for me too (although I will loss my appreciated gift to successful PhD-defenders ;-) )
