Program Clinical Data Manager (UK Homebased). FULLY HOME BASED GLOBAL CRO COMPETITIVE SALARY CLIENT MANAGEMENT Overview This position exists with a CRO that has a presence on almost every continent globally. They are on the search for a competent Program Data Manager due to an ever-increasing need by their clients for their world-class services. Essentially this position is to account manage key clients that this company has been working with closely for several years. You will act as a liaison internally providing leadership and management to the data management team as well as collaborating with all relevant departments and externally, you will represent your new CRO at crucial meetings with the clients and deal with all enquiries related to Data Management from their perspective. The position itself isn't excessively hands-on, rather, you will be the go-to regarding oversight of study actions like database start-ups, large mid-study changes, or database locks. You will create reports as required using relevant methods, you will coordinate the design of Case Report Form and you will have a key part to play in the training of other to make full use of the DCS. As you can imagine, you will need experience as a Senior Data Manager doing the leading and hands-on tasks. Budget experience is optional but so long as you have had experience with handling finance or costings, you will be eligible for consideration. Ideally, the candidate would have already done this position and is looking to make a side step. Location: Home based Salary: Dependent on the candidate, competitive to the market rates Requirements: * BSc in Life Sciences or Technologies degree * At least 5+ years working in the CRO, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or Commercial Life Sciences. * Have had experience leading teams or studies * Keen eye for detail and an ability to demand high standards from their data, their team and their environment.
