This post will give you the opportunity to engage with senior staff in the University to shape and deliver on this important agenda. We want our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion strategy and policy to match our ambitions and values. Priority areas for action within the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy will be informed by what our data is telling us. As such, we are looking for someone who is able to analyse data, understand the story it tells us and make recommendations for new initiatives to support change. In this post, you will also coordinate the work that enables us to meet our obligations under the Athena SWAN and Racial Equality Charters. This will give you the opportunity to work across our academic Schools and Professional Services, developing a broad range of networks and institutional knowledge. The Planning Team is a great place to launch or develop a career in academic administration as you will be given a range of varied and challenging responsibilities.
