We have hit a little bit of a snag…………….
Our employee services department are now refusing to allow their software to interact and update our OPAS system, they are using the GDPR guidelines as a reason to no longer perform the update (even though we get sent the same information
on a hard copy directly from the employee) as a local authority with 5000 employees, to perform this task manually would be pretty much impossible, we are already working at capacity …. has anyone else on here experienced issues like this and if so, how did
you successfully manage a way around it?
