Dear GEMmers –

I’ve been asked for some help by our local wildlife trust. They are writing their audience development plan and asked to see ours so they could get an idea of realistic timescales, numbers and useful KPIs. Although I am happy to share a plan from a previous project with them, things did not exactly always go according to plan (!) and I think it’s more of a case study in what could go wrong, rather than how to get things right…

With this in mind, can anyone point us towards a nice case study or useful documentation on how to write an achievable plan for engagement, especially how to use time effectively but engage good numbers of people? (I could google but a recommendation is worth so much more than bad advice from the internet!)

Thanks,

Laura Hilton
