Dear FSL users,

I have some questions on the output from oxford_asl:

1. perfusion.nii.gz - My understanding is that this image is the average of tag-control subtraction (is this correct?). Is it comparable for subjects scanned from the same scanner? For example, if I am interested in the correlation between two groups scanned in the same scanner, can I directly use this data without going through the calibration procedure?

2. What are perfusion_norm.nii.gz and perfusion_var.nii.gz?

Thanks a lot,
Jiyang
