if you are running a group concat ICA all datasets have to be in the same space (and as a result they will have corresponding voxel dimensions). Typically this is 3mm (or even 4mm) MNI152 space to speed up the ICA decomposition.

Hi there

I'm trying to run MELODIC from the command line, and I get the following error any time it gets to a dataset with voxel size 3x3x3.75 (2 of the datasets) instead of 3x3x3.4 (the other 20 datasets):
Image Exception : #3 :: Attempted to add images/ROIs of different sizes
   An exception has been thrown
Attempted to add images/ROIs of different sizes

Should I resample these 2 datasets (I guess in afni with 3dresample) to 3x3x3.4? Any other solutions?

Thanks!

Audrey
