Seems like that worked and added the missing files.

Hi,

Could you try the following:

sudo /usr/local/fsl/etc/fslconf/fslpython_install.sh -f /usr/local/fsl

and send the output.

Regards,

Duncan

Eugene,

I agree that I should try to reinstall FSL.  Do I need to un-install the version that I am currently running first. If so, how is this accomplished (I have not seen any documentation on this anywhere)

thanks,
karen

Hi Karen -

fslpython should be installed with a standard install of FSL using the fslinstaller.py script available from the download page. Did you notice any errors on installation?  Was there enough disk space?

I think it might be worth trying to reinstall FSL (you can use the same fslinstaller you downloaded previously).

Details:

installation was complete on 5/4/18 using the python installer downloaded from website: https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/FslInstallation#Availability_of_FSL

program was installed on MacBook Pro (OS Sierra 10.12.6)

When installation was tested  echo $FSLDIR the correct directory was displayed and path check yielded:  flirt version 6.0

Please let me know if other details are required.

Hi Karen -

You need to give details of your installation - what type of machine are you using and how did you install?  These missing files should be available with a standard, reasonably up to date version of FSL.

I am a new FSL user and I am trying to run epi_reg, but I keep getting an error message that /usr/local/fsl/bin/imglob: No such file or directory. I have looked at the Archives and it appears I may be missing some files.  In prior posts, I also saw that I should have a folder called fslpython in $FSLDIR, but that appears to be missing as well (I have 'python' folder with subfolder 'mist', but no fslpython folder).  How do I get these folders/files?  Any help would be appreciated.
