Hi All This week's issue is that our Test player software keeps refusing to load for new candidates with an error message saying "Candidate answers were already uploaded" therefore making the PC unusable until IT have re-imaged it (I know!!) Anyone else experiencing this particular variation on a theme and have a resolution?
