Hi Rachel
We are 10 working days as well but I control the lead-in time via our online testing request system so I can set it for whatever I want to react to issues…I don’t think less than 10 is manageable purely because
of the time and resources it takes to put access arrangements in place and my inability to magic an invigilator out of thin air

Subject: Edexcel FS Online Test Lead Times
Hi All,
Apologies for this when we’re all up to our eyes but if you’re able to give me a bit of info that would be great. We offer Edexcel FS and currently request 10 working days’ notice for an online exam, I’m being heavily pushed to reduce
this. So please could you tell me how many days’ notice you request, and if you do work to less than 10 working days, how many days’ notice do you request, does it work well, how to you balance that amongst other duties/priorities etc.
Many Thanks
Rachel

Please note that mobile phones and smartwatches are not permitted into Examination Rooms, please remind your students that they must hand their mobile phone/smartwatch into the Examinations
Team for safe keeping before their examination. Anyone found to have a mobile phone/smartwatch in an examination will be jeopardising their examination.
