Good Afternoon University of The Highlands and Islands are looking to appoint an External Examiner for the Contemporary Textiles Ba(hons) programme, preferably with background in constructed textiles. The post will start in September 2018 and will be based in Shetland College. Exam boards are held twice a year. We welcome applications from those looking for their first External Examiner role, senior staff can provide mentoring for those in this position. Applicants must: o Have had no formal relations with University of the Highlands and Islands for 5 years o Be currently engaged in teaching in the relevant subject area, within a Higher Education Institution Please note this is a re-advertisement and those who have already applied will be considered.
