About the role

In this position you will join a multidisciplinary team to assist in the conduct of systematic reviewing including meta-analysis.

Additionally, you will get to develop explicit guidance for review authors on how to define clinical pathways for diagnostic test accuracy reviews, and help inform evidence selection and appraisal of evidence concerning the consequences of testing.

This will involve working with the Cochrane Dementia and Cognitive Impairment group, as well as members of the University of Leicester’s Biostatistics group.

About you
The post holder will usually be required to take the MSc in Medical Statistics at the Department of Health Sciences.

You will have a good honours degree, with a substantial mathematics or statistics content, ideally alongside expertise with relevant, office, statistical and graphics/design software packages. You will be self-motivated with a keen attention to detail, ensuring you are well-organised, helping you to meet relevant deadlines.

Full-time, fixed term contract from 1 October 2018 until 30 September 2020.
