We have setup an LTI integration between D2L’s Brightspace VLE and WebPA but are finding that the WebPA ‘Sync data’ option is not visible in the left hand menu from ‘tutors’ page. When the same
type of LTI integration is setup with Blackboard the ‘sync data’ option is visible.

Aside from this link not being visible the integration works in that when students click on the WebPA link from Brightspace they are authenticated to WebPA and their name, username, email and role
are imported and visible via the ‘view data’ pages. It just creates a problem as we can’t launch assessments without being able to populate the groups first.
On the Brightspace side we have set the LTI config to send all data available (https://www.screencast.com/t/2n13bGuTD). We do have the option
to include ‘custom parameters’ so I’m thinking something needs to be sent there to trigger the autosync.
