Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons has created a special section on its website
that covers its work with Syria. This includes press releases and reports

Syrian Network for Human Rights.independent non-governmental organisation often cited by the United Nations.
Which monitors human rights violations in the region.
It has daily monitoring reports, lists of casualties, statements and images.

Also useful for background is the
Syrian Center for Policy Research which has background reports on the socio economic impact of the conflict on Syria. This includes assessments on the loss of GDP, impact on the infrastructure.

Interesting contribution to the Brexit
debate a new site from Alice Myers, lecturer of photography at the University of Cumbria, and artist Ali Avery who embarked on a two-week tour
of the UK in April 2017 to listen and record the views of everyday voters. They stopped at 50-mile intervals and knocked on every number 50 door they could find, documenting their journey photographically as they went. The result is an audio podcasts of views.
Regions covered are Anglesey, Wales, Denbigh, Liverpool, Belfast, Lancashire, Cumbria, Dumfriesshire, Mid Lothian, the North East, Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

World Health Day was commemorated on 7th April
This year the theme was

In March a new tool,
Statelessness Index,
to compare national EU government policies towards stateless persons was launched by the
European Network on Statelessness
It makes it possible to compare nations according to themes such as stateless population data, detention, legal protection measures. There are also individual country surveys and rankings which include assessments of how they match good practice
as outlined in international legal instruments.

Artists in Paris Mapping the 18th-Century Art World
An open-access digital art history project led by
Dr Hannah Williams.
funded by The Leverhulme Trust and supported by Queen Mary University of London. Find out where artists lived and worked. Based on original archives it uses digital
mapping technologies to locate places on georeferenced historical maps. Explore the map by date and type of artist. The site also lists academic publications associated with the project.in
