Hi, This is a really simple and probably silly question but hopefully quick to answer! I am working between two different computers but it seems that I run into problems if I try to run a PPI analysis using an SPM.mat that was generated on a different computer. The issue is that I can't generate the VOI.mat because the filepaths in the SPM.mat are wrong. Is there any way around this, or is it essential to stick to the same computer for both first level and PPI analysis? Thanks! Sophie
