Dear all,

I was saddened to read this article describing the theft of hundreds of items from the rare-books collection of Pittsburgh's Carnegie Library. Among those texts reported stolen are the 1609 Faerie Queene, several sixteenth- and seventeenth-century bibles, the Library's copy of the Whole Book of Psalms, and other early modern works.
