Hello - my main problem when I displayed some chocolate was it melted! It was in a shop window that caught the sun though. For longer term display I have replaced the chocolate with wooden blocks made to the same size as the bar and wrapped the label around that.

Dear All,

A seasonally appropriate post-Easter query for you all... We are considering whether to include a slab of modern, unwrapped chocolate in a display case as part of our 80th birthday celebrations. Do any members have any experience or advice in displaying this kind of food?

Other objects will be present in the case, and previous pest monitoring suggests we don't have any pest issues here. The chocolate will be displayed for no longer than a year and could be replenished if necessary.

I would be grateful if anyone had any expertise to share, or suggestions of relevant research.

Thanks,

Rachael.
