To PGT/PGR students and early career academics,**Please note this event was postponed due to severe weather conditions in March. The new date is Tuesday 1st MayThe Political Studies Association are holding an event on Demystifying and Navigating Early Career Academia at Bristol University on Tuesday 1st May. It is a day of workshops and panels aimed at lifting the lid on academic processes.
FREE Workshop: Demystifying and Navigating Early Career Academia
The PSA Early Career Network is holding a day’s conference at the University of Bristol on Tuesday 1st May, on ' Demystifying and Navigating Early Career Academia'. It is a day of workshops and panels aimed at lifting the lid on academic processes - including advice on CVs and interviews, REF and TEF, and impact. Central to all sessions will be an attention to issues of equality and diversity and how to make academia more inclusive, including a panel on diversity in early academia.The event is kindly being sponsored by University of Bristol Gender Research Centre, BSA Race Study Group and PSA Women and Politics group.
It is a free event and travel bursaries can be made available for those who need them. More details and registration can be found here:
