Could you help trial a free toolkit to support return to work following mental health sickness absence?
Introducing a new free online toolkit to support return to work following mental health sickness absence developed by a team at Kingston University. With 1 in 6 people affected by mental ill-health this toolkit could be a useful resource for your organisation. The toolkit draws from the latest evidence of what works to create easy to follow steps, templates, checklists and activities to help employees and managers through absence and back to work.
The team want to know if the toolkit makes a different – does it help and how? If you are interested in getting involved in the evaluation, or would be prepared to give feedback, please contact [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>
Take a look at the 1 minute animation that summarises the toolkit at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gTYhGvkBhIE
