Dear colleagues,
This is to remind you that to be considered for an oral contribution,
you must submit your abstract before the 15th of May 2018.
Abstracts for poster contributions can be submitted until the 12th of
July 2018.
To submit an abstract, you must first create an account on the conference website at

Abstracts will only be considered if at least one of the authors is registered for
the conference. Please note that creating an account on the website is does not
mean you are registered! Details of how to register may be found here:

Note that the registration process will not be considered completed until the registration
fees have been payed.
The registation fees cover on-site accomodation for the 5 nights from
Sunday 26th August to Friday 31st August. Participants wishing to arrive
earlier than the 26th of August or to stay on after the 31st of August
should contact us. Before the 1st of May, we can book the extra nights
for you but you must pay the Manoir directly for the extra nights. After
the 1st of May, you will have to contact the Manoir or other hotels
directly.
A small number of grants, in the form of a reduction in registration
fees, are available for younger researchers. Interested candidates
should contact us at [log in to unmask] before the 15th May,
justifying their elligibility.
Note that early registration closes on the 15th June.
