Hi everyone

 

Do any of you work closely with your organisational development (OD) team? Do you know which model or framework they are using for their OD / transformational strategies?

 

I’ve been tasked with finding out which of the latest OD or change models other NHS organisations use in their strategies.

 

A quick search seems to show McKinseys 7 or Birke-Litwin seem popular but wondered if any Trusts are using any newer ones?

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
