Same problem here at Bolton. We weren’t using the correct stanza (thanks Dom!) but changing it doesn’t seem to have helped.

We are having the same problem at QMUL. I contacted them around an hour ago. I used a Google tool and it seems that the website is up, so it’s just some of us having access issues.

Hi,

Is anyone else having problems accessing IEEE Explore? All of our links are failing as well as any links to their site found via Google. We are getting a ‘This site can’t be reached’ error. I contacted them yesterday but have not heard anything back as yet.
