We have access for our NHS staff via NHS openathens but I am getting a user who is getting the error message "no account could be found using the IP address of the user". However she is logging on using her athens username - which I've checked is fine and she can log on to athens. I have been able to log in OK in the nhs network with my athens username. We've tried google chrome and internet explorer browsers. Anyone any ideas about what could be going wrong?
