Thank you Wang Lei very much for your answer! If I have understood correctly CUDA drivers are kernel drivers and it's not possible to use different versions of CUDA in one computer. ..or at least it's problematic.
Sorry to repeat my question again, but is there going to be update for eddy_cuda (for centos7 and cuda9.1, we are updating ours from 9.0). If not, we might be able to translate it ourselves, but would there be possibility to contact someone if some non-trivial problems occur. Thank you in advance!!

voisin kysya lisatietoja mikali kaannosprosessin aikana tulee vastaan
joitain ei-triviaaleja ongelmia.

Aihe: Re: [FSL] eddy_cuda for CUDA version 9.0Hi,
I am not an expert, but I think you can install multiple versons of cuda in your system, as long as your gpu is supportED and you have the authority to install.
Just install cuda8 alongside you cuda9 should work.

I’m analyzing a diffusion images of young subjects and would like to use the new eddy_cuda tool for this data. If I have understood correctly, eddy_cuda works only with CUDA versions 6.5-8.0. In our servers we have CUDA version 9.0 (driver version 390.25) and Centos 7. Is there any way to use eddy_cuda in this environment or are you maybe proving updates for eddy command in near future? I would really appreciate help in this matter. Thank you!
