Subject: Clarification of 'public spaces'

Having just received the DSA-QAG notification regarding sanctions now being placed on non-conforming NMH workers, I think that some clarification regarding public spaces would be useful. I would be interested to know whether university libraries and coffee shops are deemed as ‘public spaces’ or should this restriction only refer to off-campus facilities such as town libraries and cafes?

This does appear to place further restrictions on students’ choices of a ‘comfortable location’ for band4 sessons. Can anyone clarify their own understanding and how it fits with work-practice? Many thanks.
