Perhaps worth noting though that under the DP Bill individual employees can be guilty of offences in relation to subverting the exercise of DSA and portability rights, so if a data subject is unhappy and complains to the ICO and an employee acted to erase/block etc. personal data with the intention of preventing disclosure they can be prosecuted.
