We’ve been reading the documentation and it suggests you can assign a unique ID when creating a column, using the “Type” key in the “optionalData” field of the json data, and then using the “Update matches by Metadata” option in the building block settings. (Otherwise it just matches by column name).

 

It doesn’t seem to be working for us and we’ve got a ticket in Blackboard about it. Has anyone else tried this?
