Good evening all,
I¡¯m getting in touch regarding an exciting research project I am conducting as part of my PhD study in Organisational Health and Wellbeing at Lancaster University. I am looking to speak to UK-based older workers, those who are aged ¡Ã50 years and have experienced depression in the past. I would like an opportunity to spread the word about the study with this group, universities and colleges.
Understanding the experiences of older workers with depression will inform organisational and national policies on these topics.
In particular, I am interested in understanding the people's experiences of depression, their beliefs and attitude about themselves before and after experiencing depression as well as the role of workplace culture and intervention in their experiences of depression. I would be delighted if I could talk to individuals who meet the inclusion criteria for up to 60 minutes over SKYPE, or telephone to get their perspective. I can arrange to discuss at a time that suit individuals.
For more information, please see the attached flier. I can be contacted either by email - [log in to unmask] or by telephone on 07465099232.

I would be most grateful for your help and support.

Many Thanks
Toyin Adewunmi

Subject: Places still available on HESA data and league tables course on 18th April 2018

Dear Colleagues,

We only have couple of spaces left on our HESA data and league tables training course taking place in London on 18th April 2018.

During this CPD accredited course you will learn how HESA data is used in national league tables, understand the data behind your ranking and how reporting practices best reflect your provider within them.

The day focuses on a range of league tables and HESA¡¯s Student, Staff, DLHE and Finance records. You¡¯ll understand which data is used and how it¡¯s analysed for key performance indicators, strengthening your understanding with a demonstration of data analysis in our Heidi Plus business intelligence software. You¡¯ll also learn about data quality issues that affect league table ranking and how these can be prevented or overcome in future. There will be plenty of examples throughout the day, discussion and the sharing of best practice for improving data quality and reporting.
