Dear Christian, Dear experts,

Hope all's well. We have recently conducted surface-based morphometry (SBM)
using CAT12, and we got some clusters reflecting the difference in cortical
thickness between controls and patients. We would be very interested in
extracting the average values of cortical thickness from those particular
clusters (instead of relying on atlas-based ROIs) for each subject (either
control or patient) in order to correlate them with behavioural measures of
interest.

Could we also ask you, after conducting a contrast between the two groups,
a .dat file is generated (along with each .gii file). Is there a way we
could open this file in Matlab?

Finally, is there a way we could save the clusters derived from SBM in
order to use them as explicit masks in subsequent SBM analyses?

a great many thanks for your time
