*Open PostDoc position in Computational Chemistry * *at the University of Lorraine, Nancy, France.* A PostDoc position (one year) is *immediately* available in the Theoretical Physics and Chemistry Department at the University of Lorraine in Nancy, France (LPCT UMR 7019 Université de Lorraine-CNRS). The successful candidate will work on modeling the reactivity of molecules dissolved in supercritical carbon dioxide. Our goal is to provide an interpretation at a molecular level of phenomena that can be relevant to develop sustainable technologies in green solvents. The position is sponsored by the Chemistry Institute of the French National Center of Scientific Research (CNRS). The salary may vary depending on previous experience. The grant provides access to the French Social Security and Health System. The successful candidate will have a PhD in Theoretical Chemistry/Physics and a robust computational background in code development, as well as a proven experience in Quantum Chemistry and Statistical Mechanics. Applicants must show ability to efficiently work in a team and good communication skills.
