Dear all,

Some of you may be interested in draft proposals on the future of the BBC which were launched by the Media Reform Coalition at the weekend.

They argue that rather than the traditional public service broadcasting model being restored the BBC should become a democratised public platform and network, completely independent of governments and the market.

Here's the link: http://www.mediareform.org.uk/get-involved/mrc-publishes-proposals-radical-reform-bbc

These proposals were produced by a working group I chaired, so any thoughts or criticisms do let me know.

Best,

Tom
