This interactive training session, with Terry Kendrick, will provide a broad overview of both strategic and tactical marketing activities that your library or information service can employ to drive user engagement and performance. You will hear about key tools and techniques for creating value propositions and managing stakeholders, using traditional and digital approaches. Share your success stories and get advice on effective implementation of marketing activities.

This course will have immediate relevance to those with direct responsibility for user engagement, marketing and publicity. It will also have significant value if you have responsibility for general library planning and performance and you need to understand the contribution marketing can make to effective library-wide planning.
