It’s a wrap – ‘Hollywood’ comes to Walsall!

 

Library and Knowledge Services are proud to present a short promotional film  featuring its new state of the art self-service kiosk.

 

The professionally produced promo clearly demonstrates how the machine compliments the existing service; allowing it to stay open 24/7. Its space-saving design, which utilises the latest technology, affords more privacy to users and reduces the amount of time spent queuing to borrow or return items.

 

Most importantly, self-service frees staff from routine and time-consuming tasks; allowing the team to fully engage with customers requiring a more in-depth response.

 

The library team wish to take this opportunity to thank everyone that responded to our call for volunteers to ‘star’ in the film and to 2CQR for bringing a touch of ‘Hollywood’ to Walsall.
