Hi Finlay,
Do you have a different set-up?
Cheers,

Haven’t had any response from III yet am going to post to IUG.
All the best

Hi Caroline,
It is affecting us at Warwick as well. My colleague noted that these are all Atypon sites. We have ticket 625291. Unfortunately Bob Duncan isn’t around anymore to sort it out.
We are on 3.4 and using the wam_sslhost_replace option with a wildcard certificate. Same as City. Is that your situation as well?
Ed

Hi all
Looks like this is now happening with Sage and TandF, so I have added that to our ticket which is # 625275 if any needs it.
City University have confirmed it is affecting them.
All the best

Hi Caroline,
We are having the same issue with Wiley, Emerald and SAGE. We have also restarted the wwwoptions to no avail.
I will open a ticket now.
Thanks,
Tamsin

Subject: WAM & Wiley and Emerald
Hi all
Is anyone who has WAM having difficulty getting access to Wiley and Emerald today?
I am getting the 502 error although I have restarted the wwwoptions (cleared the proxy cache) but it didn’t help.
Both recently moved to https but were working yesterday.
Have opened a ticket but just wanted to see if anyone else it affected,
Thanks
All the best
Caroline
