Printing and Misprinting: Typographical Mistakes and Publishers’ Corrections (1450-1650)
20-21 April 2018, Lincoln College and Bodleian Library, Oxford

The colloquium, organised by Geri Della Rocca de Candal and Paolo Sachet under the aegis of the 15cBookTrade, is designed to explore the notions of typos and manuscript or stop-press emendations in early modern print shops.

Anthony Grafton will give the keynote lecture. The conference will also host a small exhibition and a printing demonstration on typographical mistakes.
