Hi Helen
In Cambridgeshire Monuments tend to go out as the pdf monument full report option and we strongly encourage gis shapefiles in support for the pdf not instead of. For students we will occasionally use the Exegesis
Monument viewer xml exporter so they see it in a slightly friendlier way.
We don’t send out spreadsheets/csvs because they don’t have enough information.
I agree though, the standard full report pdf could do with some redesigning.

Hi all,
Can I ask how you all provide HER data to people? I’m thinking about the gazetteers rather than mapping. Particularly I’m interested to know if you use any of the standard exports in HBSMR. And do you send spreadsheets, html gazetteers,
word docs, PDFs..?
Thanks!
