Absolutely agree with Eleanor about building in evaluation from the start!

Felicity Woolf's Partnerships for Learning is a very practical guide to every stage of the process, including the need for clarity around competing agendas from a variety of stakeholders. Downloadable from http://www.culturehive.co.uk/resources/a-guide-to-evaluating-arts-education-projects/

Hi Julie,

The best evaluation always starts before the project has begun :)

What’s the project and what are you hoping to evaluate?

Best,

Eleanor

Subject: Evaluation

Hello lovely Gemmers

I have been tasked with writing an evaluation strategy for a project that we haven't begun!

This is something I have never done before and have no idea where to start, any hints or tips would be very gratefully received.

Thanks lots and have a lovely Easter.

Julie
