Hello,
Did you see any error messages when installing 5.0.11? Can you let me know the result of running

$FSLDIR/fslpython/bin/conda list -n fslpython

?

Kind Regards
Matthew

Hi FSLers,

There appears to be a mismatch between the test suite in FEEDS 5.0.11 and the FSL software. Specifically, after upgrading from 5.0.10 using the fslinstaller.py script, I attempted to run the FEEDS tests and had them fail (output below). The cause seems to be that the imcp utility does not exist in the FSL directory.
