) about extracting the motion values from the ecclog files.
I tried to run it, and got no error, but i got no output!
This is what i did.

chmod 755 Users/psychiatry/develop/scripts/ec_plot.sh Users/psychiatry/develop/subjs/scz01/data.ecclog


What am i doing wrong?

The dti file is named data.nii.gz and the ecclog file is data.ecclog
