We put seating plans outside the room about 10 mins before the students go into the exam so they can check where they are sitting and then this is removed after the exam, but it is outside the venue until after the exam. Just provide the invigilator with the list of names and send text reminders the evening before. We have been advised that we can no longer do this due to GDPR/Data protection. We have been advised by the powers that be, to display the student ID number only. Does anyone else already do this?
