Hi Phil Interesting about not giving holiday pay. Is this already factored into the pay scales as I understood it was a legal entitlement for all employees everywhere? I pay basic pay for my Level 1 team and then £10.44 for the main group with my one Level 3 getting over £11 and all receive the holiday pay entitlement. Our finance director is interested in reducing these to £0, by making the positions voluntary but with a contract in place similar with similar expectations to the current contract. Does anyone have any experience with this type of arrangement?
