Dear Bouchra,

The option you want is “Aspect ratio”, which is set per-window and available in the first “Window -> Windows ” menu from the toolbar. I think the default in Analysis is always 1 but in TopSpin it depends on how you have zoomed into the spectrum. From the figures you provided, I’m pretty sure this will solve it for you.

Best regards,

James

Dear ccpnmr users and developers, I am using ccpnmr analysis 2.4.2 and I have a problem when I open my 3D 1H-15N-NOESY-HSQC spectrum. The peaks displayed seem stretched vertically compared to the peaks displayed using Topspin (see attached screenshot of topspin on the left panel and ccpnmr on the right). Is there any trick to make them appear in ccpnmr correctly? Many thanks in advance for your help. Best regards, Bouchra <noesydisplay-TopspinVSccpnmr.png>
