Hello All, I am trying to run relion2.1 tutoral to test my installation setting. I have a question about the motion correction. 1. I cannot find any gain reference file. Are these movies are already gain corrected or my download/unpacking have some problem? 2. When i tried to run MotionCorr2 without gainreference file, it does run and created all other files but did not create any .mrc files. All suggestions are appreciated. thanks Gaya
