Harry Guest's 'Versions' (of Baudelaire, Rilke, Ronsard, Brecht etc..) was published by Odyssey (us) in 1999. As well as my shelf copy, I may even have got a couple of copies of the pamphlet in a box somewhere (£5.00 +p&p)! I re-versed/reversed a response to one of his .... so 3 'versions' from 1. What is the greatest number of 'translations/versions' passing from person to a different person each time (rather than back & forth between 2) that one of you know of? Or back-channel to me if you'd like to go on a list to try this. I'd be happy to 'curate' so it didn't fizzle out but also had a time limit. It could *either* be passed from one person to the next on a list or 'let go' for one to send to anyone but each person would need to cc the 'curator' with their version if it was going to end up as a possible publication.
