I would appreciate advice please on assay verification.
At a recent UKAS visit we were criticised for not carrying out full verification of all our assays on a recently installed automated system (around 75 different assays) one area was our own verification of interference limits (haemolysis,
icterus, lipaemia) rather than the published manufacturers published data which we were using.
I was wondering how other labs carried out this process for a large number of assays when new instrumentation has been installed.
Any help gratefully received.
