I'd like to nominate Susanne Tietze ([log in to unmask]) to join AACORN.

 

Susanne has just (re)joined Sheffield Business School as Professor of Multilingual Management after a stint at Keele University. She has long been working, researching and publishing in organisation studies. She is currently Principal Investigator in an AHRC-funded project involving four events that will be hosted at Goldsmith College and Newcastle University, UK, Aalto University, Finland, plus a final, celebratory event that will take the form of a theatre performance, where major insights about international communications are rendered visible. 

Susanne is also involved with Keele's Community Animation and Social Innovation Centre (CASIC), which has a multi- and transdisciplinary approach and works closely with the New Vic Theatre in Newcastle-under-Lyme, conducting and promoting co-creation and an inclusive and democratic culture of research. 

 

As she is moving from 'language' to 'action' and from 'discourse' to 'drama', I think Susanne would make a great addition to AACORN!
